Someone said, “It’s the food.”
And yes — food has changed.

But so have we.
Less movement. More sitting. More scrolling.
Health is multi-layered, and so are the conversations we need to have with our families.

We can’t fix what we don’t talk about.

Last week in .io Bible Study, I asked a hard but necessary question:
What was never talked about in your family—and how did it impact you physically, mentally, and spiritually later in life?

So many of us carry silence, stories, and patterns that were never brought to the light. But Scripture reminds us: “My people perish for lack of knowledge.”

In this season, God may be calling us to have the hard conversations, to break generational barriers, and to share what was hidden so healing can begin. When we bring truth to the table, we create space for awareness, prevention, and freedom—for ourselves and for the next generation.

This is more than a Bible study. This is about obedience, healing, and legacy.

We had an incredible experience spreading awareness at the BMW Dallas Marathon Event 🏃🏽‍♀️🏁 about heart health, genetic risk factors, and the importance of knowing your numbers.

Opportunities like this remind us that prevention starts with education—and access to free testing can truly save lives. Honored to stand alongside organizations committed to protecting families and future generations. ❤️
