What a DAY. What a MOVE of purpose, compassion, healing, education, sisterhood, and empowerment. 💕

The 2026 Bold & Balance Women’s Health & Wellness Conference was officially our BIGGEST turnout yet, and we are still overwhelmed with gratitude. From the powerful speakers and heartfelt testimonies to the amazing vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and every woman who walked through those doors… THANK YOU.

This was more than a conference. It was an experience. 🌴

A safe space to pause, reflect, laugh, learn, connect, and prioritize wellness together.

To our incredible team — thank you for pouring your hearts into the vision and helping bring “Aloha to Wellness” to life. We truly could not have done this without you.

And to our vendors and community partners… thank you for showing up, serving with excellence, and helping us continue our mission of intercepting premature deaths through education, awareness, and empowerment.

The energy in the room was unmatched. The compassion was felt. The impact was REAL‼️

Shandy is a true health and education advocate and works to empower underserved communities with more health knowledge and resources. She is also a life member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
