Opened in 2000, Simple Abundance strives to supply the area with a variety of organic, local and special dietary needs foods. We now carry over 100 local companies and continue to search out and support the small, privately owned companies from the midwest. In addition to foods, we spend a considerable amount of time with our customers researching and seeking out appropriate supplements for their lifestyle and providing health and beauty products that are "clean." Our bulk food section continues to grow, as we prioritize bringing down the cost of food for our customers. We offer discounts to everyone without any membership fees...we consider it a "thank you" to all of our loyal customers who continue to support Simple Abundance and help us to grow into the kind of store that meets the needs of everyone in the community. For the love of your liver, PLEASE consider another option for pain management than consistent use of over the counter drugs. I’m baffled that Tylenol causes 50% of all cases of acute liver failure AND reduces social connection and empathy due to its actions in the brain. And this is what we’re recommended to give our kids?! Please educate yourself on the choices you make, no matter what modality you select.

A couple housekeeping tips:
1. We are not going to attempt to shovel paths through the pile, please access our beautifully clear sidewalk from the alley or Gernentz Auto. The City will likely be picking up the piles tonight.
2. With cars parked on both sides of the street, Bush St. is a narrow one lane road at best. Please be courteous and aware.
3. Slow down, enjoy the beauty!
