🌟 August Employee Spotlight: Sara M. – 10+ Years of Compassionate Care! 🌟

This month, we’re thrilled to recognize Sara M., who is celebrating 10+ incredible years as a Resident Assistant with us! 🎉

Sara began her journey in senior care at just 16 years old as a dietary aide, and over the last decade, she’s continued to make a meaningful impact through her kind heart and strong work ethic.

When asked what she loves most about her role, Sara shared:
“The self-worth you gain from being able to provide care to those who can no longer care for themselves.”

Her motivation to come to work each day?
To do good, be productive, and work hard — giving back to a generation that has experienced so much change in the world.

Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with family, kayaking, walking, listening to music, and going for drives to relax and unwind.

Thank you, Sara, for your decade of dedication, compassion, and the difference you make every single day. 💜

🦎🐍 A WILD time at the library! Residents had a blast during our special outing to see Tom the Creature Teacher. From snakes to tortoises and everything in between, Tom brought the animal kingdom right to our laps — and we loved every minute! Thank you for the smiles, surprises, and scaly new friends! 🐢🐸✨
