You Don’t Need to Let Go — You Need to Come Home”

Read this if you’ve ever been told to “just let it go.”
Let go of the pain.
Let go of the anger.
Let go of the grief, the shame, the sadness.

But what if…
you’re not meant to let go of those pieces?
What if you’re meant to call them home?

Here’s the truth I’ve been receiving, and maybe it’s for you too:

You can’t release what you haven’t first acknowledged.
You can’t let go of pain that you’ve never even met.
You can’t bypass a part of you that’s still waiting to be held.

That sadness you carry?
That fire of rage simmering under the surface?
That ache in your chest that no one ever helped you name?

Those are not burdens.
They’re breadcrumbs.
Leading you back to the pieces of you that had to be buried to survive.

Pieces that once said:
“If I shrink, maybe I’ll be loved.”
“If I stay quiet, maybe I’ll be safe.”
“If I numb it out, maybe I won’t feel so broken.”

But you were never broken.
You were adapting. Protecting. Surviving.

And now?
Now it’s safe to come back for those parts.
Now it’s time to reclaim your whole self.

You don’t need to “let go” of the version of you that felt too much.
You need to sit with her.
Witness her.
And say:

“I see you. You belong. You’re coming with me.”

That’s when true release happens —
Not by force, but by radical acceptance.
Not by cutting off, but by coming home.

This is what I’ve learned, and it’s what I now help others do:
Turn pain into power.
Grief into groundedness.
Shame into sacred self-acceptance.

Because you were never too much.
You were just waiting to remember who the f*ck you are.

🔥 The bravest thing I can do, is save myself. 🔥

And f**k… it’s not easy.

It’s not easy to look at the broken pieces.
The parts I gave away.
The parts I shaved off—
in every relationship, every partnership…

But I’m fu***ng doing it.

I’m looking at the pain.
I’m FEELING what I used to run from.
I’m holding the parts of me that were left behind—
and I’m calling them home.

Back to love.
Back to peace.
Back to a space where they don’t have to be afraid anymore.
Because now… they can trust me.
I’ve grown.
I’ve fallen and risen again.
I’ve laughed and screamed and sobbed and fought my way back into my own heart.

It’s been a wild fu***ng journey.
But here I am.
Taking my power back.

And I’m not leaving anything behind.

Bring the confusion.
Bring the grief.
Bring the fear.
Bring the shame.
Bring it all, baby.

Pull those pieces in.
Feel what you’ve been afraid to feel.
Let your body unlock.
Let your soul exhale.

This s**t’s intense right now, yeah.
But maybe it’s not anxiety.
Maybe it’s excitement.
Maybe everything is about to shift.

So drop into your body.
Ask her what she’s ready for.
Ask her what she’s craving.
Ask her what she’s been trying to tell you all along.

Because this?
This is what it means to rise.
To stand in your power even when no one understands you.
To keep walking even when you’re walking alone.
To surrender the version of life you thought you wanted
and trust that what’s coming is bigger than what you can even imagine.

Not everyone will come with you.
And that has to be OK.
Things might not unfold the way you planned.
And that has to be OK too.

Because your soul knows.
Your heart knows.
And the bravest thing you can do right now
is choose you.

Unapologetically.
Fully.
Wildly.
With love.
