What a great weekend!!
Saturday:

🙏Thank you again to for putting on such a great event and to everyone who came to be part of it for these amazing families🏃

Thank you to everyone who came and checked out the tent for some post run recovery using the Normatec compressions and Cold Plunges🥶

The event went so well I even got to get to my youngest daughters Tee Ball game big shout out to Coach for corralling those kids for 3 innings and coaching them up!!

Sunday:
Day at the office and then finished it working on some great local boxers from 🥊 to get them tuned up for their upcoming fights🥊

🗓️Don’t forget to get your tickets for Cool April Fights 2 Saturday 4-19-25 and watch this young athletes compete. will be there once again for any work these fighters might need.

🏀🏀What do you do right after a Double OT thriller, you call to see if you can get your team in for a recovery session the next day.🏀🏀

Even though I was already asleep 💤 I appreciated Coach Ramirez reaching out to get his team in and we did get in for a quick recovery session to get them ready for the rest of the week.

⛹️I’ll always push to accommodate the best I can youth sports recovery because I know how important it is and happy they take advantage of it. It’s just the Athletic Trainer in me.

Phase 5 has new and extended hours for all your recovery needs.

⌚️Now it’s going to be easier than ever to get that daily recovery session in come after work, your workout or whatever you got going on!!!

🆕 Also we have added a new modality for you guys to use and that is a Pulse ElectroMagnetic Field (PEMF) treatment. You can double it up with the Infrared Red Light Panel at the same time!!! One is recharging your cell battery 🔋 (PEMF) and the other filling up your cell gas tank ⛽️ (RED LIGHT).

⭐️Friday 5/17 I’ll be CLOSING at 12pm to cover the NSCIF Sections at West Valley High School and provide care for all our Northern Section Track and Field athletes.

⭐️Saturday 5/18 will be open 9-2pm call or book a Performance session or Recovery service online or if you just wanna stop by for a quick cold plunge🥶 (FREE)🥶 and check out the facility please do!
