If you struggle to fall asleep or feel “wired” at the end of the day, it may be time to build a simple wind-down ritual. Here are a few of our go-to’s:

WHY do we train with sandbags? 🤔 Because real life doesn’t come with a perfectly balanced barbell.

Most of what we lift outside the gym is an odd object: kids, groceries, mulch bags, laundry baskets, backpacks… You name it. Sandbags train you for that.

The shifting weight forces your body to stabilize, brace, and control the load—building real-world strength, core stability, and injury resistance that carries over to everyday movement.
