🌺🌺🌺First of all, I want to say Happy Mother’s Day to every woman out there young and old.
Thanks to my children and now my grandchildren for always helping me to remember what is important in life… and today it is you! ...
Just remember if you’re a grandma, you first had to become a mother or your grandchildren would not have you without you first giving birth to your beautiful babies.
I know it’s been two years since my mother has been gone and this is my third Mother’s 🌺Day without her.
We must reflect on the good, the bad and remember that every child is not born with a manual nor are we responsible for how society is at the time we raise our children. We do the best we can with what we have to work with.
I know the things that we learn from mothers along the way, brought happiness, sadness, love, and affection and lessons that have taught us who to be who we are today.
A mother‘s job is to comfort and love and care for their child. To help them to learn to love and care for themselves to the best of her ability.
She is too teach her children how to enjoy their successes, but also learn from their failures. To brush themselves off , and keep moving in this world that we live in. A mother job is to also teach us the rules of society where sometimes that requires not just direction but discipline.
It’s important for every child to be able to survive in this world that we live in without taking it for granted.
My mom lived for 95 years and I can’t imagine how much she went through and how much she was able to witness and experience in those 95 years. 🌸
Her legacy will truly live on through me and my children and my nieces and nephews and the people that she touched.
As daughters and mothers, we must embrace the things that we’ve learned from our mothers and things that we need to pass on to our children. Sometimes those things are pleasurable, and sometimes they are not.
The one thing that we must instill in our children as Mothers are the values and morals that our mothers taught us from our first breath and try to live by them to the best of our ability.
It’s unfortunate that people have to pass on for us to think remember or embrace some of the things that we’ve been taught by them. Sometimes only through our healing after they’re gone can we truly appreciate their knowledge.
I will never regret taking care of my mom during some of her darkest hours, helping her to cross over into heaven knowing that part of her journey was over. I know that she is watching over us every day even though I can’t pick up the phone to call 😥her. I know she understands how much I appreciate her and everything she’s done for me.
Don’t miss the opportunity to tell your mothers how much you love them.
I am who I am today because of my parents teaching me and giving me the very best that life had to offer. Everyone needs the influence of their mother and their father to create balance in their life.
God has blessed me and my family and I know he is showing me what’s in front of me as a mother, grandmother, and to be the best woman that I can be.
To all the mothers out there know that there is many phases of being a mother and at times it’s not the most popular position to be in someone’s life. Some days we can be friends with our children as well, teaching them to carry the torch when we are gone. Just remembered to never give up on believing in yourself and know that your children will always love you and that you’re doing the best you can.
I wish you all a beautiful Mother’s Day, and that you walk in the light being proud of who you are and know that without you, the world would not be the same. You are Worthy!
I want to Thank Nick Reuben for helping me to see through the fog and how worthy I am and why all of this is important!
God bless !
