It’s important to us to offer a variety of classes that meet your needs while staying true to the integrity of this sacred practice. ✨
Our hope is that our studio and class offerings provide exactly what you need, whatever the day may call for.
Here are the descriptions of the class types:
FOUNDATIONS OF VINYASA
• For beginners or anyone looking to learn proper form and alignment
• Slow paced, and prop supported
VINYASA FLOW
• Build strength and flexibility through dynamic movement and breath in this all levels class. This is our “standard and most common” class on the schedule.
SLOW FLOW
• Begin with restorative breathwork followed by slow, mindful movement to gently awaken the body and calm the mind.
POWER FLOW
• A strong practice that blends strength, fluid movement, and intentional breathwork. You can expect options for inversions, arm balances, and play. Perfect for anyone looking to increase stamina, improve mobility, and leave feeling powerful and refreshed.
YOGA STRENGTH
• A blend of mindful yoga with light weight training— build strength with weighted postures, and finish with a grounding cool down.
YIN YOGA
• Enjoy seated and reclined postures held for 2-5 minutes, supported by bolsters and blocks to allow the body time and space to release and lengthen.
BREATHE & RESTORE
• A soothing, nervous-system reset.
Begin with guided meditation, melt into supported restorative poses, and close with a blissful savasana.
PILATES MAT
• Accessible to beginners yet challenging for seasoned this low-impact practice uses body weight and small props to improve posture, alignment, and overall strength
