🏏 Singles Croquet Challenge at our beautiful Laurel Courtyard! Residents David D. and Bill B. competed wicket by wicket, showing off clever strategy while cheering fans filled the sidelines. With steady focus and sharp play from both contestants, Bill B. claimed the victory! Summer is hanging on, and there’s still plenty of outdoor fun to enjoy.

🍂 Happy First Day of Fall! 🍂
Our newly enhanced resident-run farm is celebrating its first harvest at Meadow Ridge. From juicy tomatoes and zucchini to herbs, squash and pumpkins—most grown from seed—the bounty is both delicious and meaningful.

Farm Committee co-chairs Doug D. and Pat W. say the best part is sharing the harvest with neighbors and with Chef Villa for some of his seasonal dishes. 🌱✨

🥂❤️ Dan and Revelle S. said “I do” on April 8, 1989, in the elegant Great Hall of the Henri Bendel Mansion—now the Stamford Museum & Nature Center. Surrounded by 50 close friends and family, their day was filled with love, laughter and lasting memories.

Today, we’re happy to have them as part of our wonderful Meadow Ridge community.

On a recent afternoon, the Roebling Piano Trio filled the Meadow Ridge auditorium with the timeless beauty of Beethoven and Mendelssohn. 🎻🎹 Juilliard-trained artists Valerie Kim (violin), Eliana Razzino Yang (cello) and Zhu Wang (piano) delivered a performance that was both powerful and moving.

Even more special, cellist Eliana is a relative of resident Charles R. and his sister Doris K.—making this extraordinary concert feel even more personal. ✨

This year, residents raised over $250,000 to support the dreams of our dedicated associates and their children through the Meadow Ridge Scholarship Fund. From college to trade school, 47 inspiring individuals are now one step closer to their goals—all because of the heartfelt generosity of this community.

🎶☀️ We wrapped up summer in style at our Labor Day BBQ Soirée! Residents gathered for grilled chicken, juicy burgers, fresh local corn and watermelon margaritas—all while enjoying live music by Dean Snellback, BluesyLand Band in our three-story atrium.

Adventuring along wooded trails, discovering magical gazebos, flying kites just outside their spacious apartment home and playing games indoors—Margot’s visits with her grandparents are full of wonder. Add in sleepovers and turtle-spotting in the atrium and every moment becomes part of a cherished story. This , residents Nick and Jody L. remind us that the best memories are often made right at home. ❤️

🌸 A room filled with flowers, friends and fun set the stage for our Wedded Bliss celebration. Associate Salim Raham poured bubbly as a tiered cake stood tall and black-and-white wedding photos lined the room—each telling a timeless love story. 💍

As the Frank Porto Band played favorites from Frank Sinatra, residents like David and Carolyn D. took to the dance floor, celebrating marriages that have spanned lifetimes. ❤️
