In the case of my of service, I will have in-depth knowledge of all of the facilities and community resources in the Redding area to better serve our seniors and their families. The Disability Action Center has an abundance of donated incontinence supplies (adult briefs in all sizes). If you know anyone who could use these products please contact the center at 530.242.8550 or stop by their new location at 2876 Park Marina Dr. in Redding.

I can't tell you how proud I am of the assisted living/residential care facilities. They all worked together to keep each other's residents safe. Some homes on the west side moved to care homes on the east side. Some evacuated to the Sacramento area. The teamwork and care was just beautiful! Thankfully, none of the facilities burned down and no senior was injured. They are all settling back in now and getting on with life. This is another reason why I'm proud to be a member of this community!
