ngology/Head and Neck Surgery. In addition, he was selected for a prestigious fellowship program in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the University of California at Davis Medical Center. There he was personally mentored by a world renowned physician. This beautiful patient came in, originally because of decreased peripheral vision and forehead fatigue. She had received a bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty 20 years ago from another provider, and decided she was ready for a revision of the upper eyelids. In addition to the eyelid surgery she decided to do a facelift with submental liposuction and perioral dermabrasion. Overall the surgery gives her a more refreshed and youthful appearance and helped to smooth out some of those fine lines and wrinkles around her mouth. Coming in for a consultation will allow Dr. Tate to go over all questions and concerns you may have. Randy Tate, M.D., established the Centre for Facial Plastic Surgery in Redding, California, in 2009 to serve clients with medical facial solutions. This includes services such as plastic surgery, reconstructive surgery, laser treatments, ultherapy, Botox, medispa services, and makeup services. Dr. Randy Tate has licensed estheticians on staff who are able to provide advanced facial treatments, including chemical peels, acne reduction, dermaplaning, collagen stimulation, skin calming, skin brightening, and facial waxing. The estheticians use high-grade medical skin products that provide advanced results.
