Rowell Family Empowerment of Northern California, Inc. Our mission is to empower people with diverse abilities and their families.

Thanks to our many grants and contracts we are able to offer services to children with diverse abilities, and their families throughout Northern California. The funding we receive allows us to offer a variety of services, depending on the county you live in. If you are the parent of a child with a disability, or special health need, there is no charge for our services.

First Friday is a great opportunity for kids ages 0–5 and their caregivers get FREE admission to Turtle Bay! Spend the day exploring the Museum, visiting animals, and playing in our interactive spaces.
