We have been a proud provider for Partnership Health Plan of California for well over 10 years! We CARE for many PHP members every single day and we want to ensure each and every one of you have a smooth transition with the transportation changes coming April 1st! If you aren’t familiar with the changes, DON’T WORRY!! Our incredible office staff has been working and training hard to learn it all and we are here to HELP YOU!! Any of our PHP customers can call us and we will help guide you through the changes, our office staff is still here for you! Even if you won’t be hearing our friendly and cheerful voices as much anymore! 🙁 Will you miss our chats? Yes! And we will miss yours! But you know where to find us and we do hope, despite the transition, that you still give us a friendly hello call in the office!! ❤️ Here are the main and important changes for you to know!
➡️ As of April 1st, all transportation appointments must be made through Partnership by calling 1-866-828-2303. You will no longer be able to call us (or any other provider) and book your trips. Please understand that this was not our decision, it is a change in the insurance requirements and policies.
➡️ Request to make Care-A-Van your preferred transportation provider! We want you to still ride with US! We have worked hard to earn your business over the years and we would miss you if we didn’t get to share in your transport journey!! Make sure when you call in to set your appointments that you request for your member file to be set to Care-A-Van for transports!
➡️ If you have any problems or concerns please let us know!! We are still here to help you, guide you and advocate for you in any way we can!
➡️ Facilities/Liasons… this means you too! 😫😢We have tried and tried to advocate for this not to fall on your plate, but unfortunately we can not call in your patient appointments for you. This means when your team calls in your patient appointments to PHP, you MUST for EVERY PATIENT request the preferred transportation provider be set to Care-A-Van. Again, we are here to help! Please call us with your questions!
🌟We have the Best of the Northstate crew out there driving and the Best of the Northstate crew working the phones/dispatch lines. We will make it through this transition with you! We hope to still be your preferred transportation provider of choice and we hope to still hear your voices on the phone for a friendly check in!!
