So why is loosing weight so hard? Why is it that were supposed to eat so many vegetables but crave hot chocolate chip cookies with vanilla ice cream on top. And i bet you just said yummmmm! Right. I believe were all in this battle together and we need to buddy up with friends and family to take back our lives and be in total control of what we put into our bodies. Food should be used to fuel your body and give it all it needs to make us feel strong, healthy, energetic and happy. Your not alone in this day to day struggle. Hope all of you have a healthy day!

If you want to lose weight, a deficit of 500 calories a day for 7 days (3,500 calories a week) is enough to lose a pound of body fat each week. If you choose to spend an extra 250 calories a day in some form of exercise, you could increase this energy deficit. 😆😆 Have a fantastic and successful week.

Afternoon everyone. Tip for today!! For every one pound you loose (1 lbs equals 3,500 calories) you take four pounds of pressure of yours knees. Pretty amazing😆. Have a fantastic day.
