June 2020, it would be 3 months into my grief, 3 months after my near death experience, and 3 months into my recovery that someone would reach out to me for grief counseling. I was still in a fight for my life both physically and mentally. But, Every time I went to tell them I couldn’t help God wouldn’t allow it. What was ironic I didn’t have my own practice at the time and I had no desire to do so. But Spirit moved and I responded to them with “give me a few weeks” whew🥲. It would be this experience that God would use to birth Risen Counseling! During a time of my deepest pain He would birth a blessing. He would use this moment to usher in Hope & Healing and it has been an indescribable move of God every step of the way!
I'm so grateful for all who support me on this journey and that pour into this ministry. The fact that you would trust me with your mental health I do not take it lightly and Im deeply honored
I’m excited to announce whats next: The expansion of my practice and ministry is now in the planning stages. I can’t wait to share the vision which will include my family. All three of my children have followed me on a path as skilled helpers.
We going higher and I'm super excited for what's to come. Stay tuned! God is opening doors I didn't see coming! Pray for me on this journey🙏🏾❤️
