i have to share an experience from last night. I was in my living room when suddenly i heard the fan on the microwave start. I live with my two poodles, but they don't know how to turn on the fan (at least i don't think they do!!)
I went into the kitchen and tried to turn it off, it would not stop. So, finally i asked that whichever spirit turned it off, please turn it off. Less than 30 seconds later it stopped.
I thanked the spirit and moved on!
Maybe my late husband? not sure.

Animal Communication Part 1 A and B

If there is enough interest this will be in person in Waterford, address to follow.
Learn the basics of how to communicate with the fuzzy, furry and feathered ones in our lives. You will also begin to learn how to heal our animal friends.
Must know how to journey prior to class

3.9.24 Be Kind to Yourself, take care of you!!!
Who would like to de stress after the holidays? All of us, right? My friend does the most amazing reflexology and is willing to do 30 mins treatments at my house. We can probably accommodate 4 people at a time. I will serve light refreshments. I can also offer medium work for anyone interested.
FYI: reflexology is a great way to have various points on your feet, hands or ears to help with a lot of issues, such as:
reflexology may help to:
reduce stress and anxiety
reduce pain
lift mood
improve general well-being
boost their immune system
fight cancer
get over colds and bacterial infections
clear up sinus issues
recover from back problems
correct hormonal imbalances
improve digestion
ease arthritis pain
What a great way to "dip your toes" into reflexology! Pun intended.
Matt Ikoski does reflexology for me almost weekly and it makes a huge difference with some of my health issues.
Total cost $30 per person.

Hi everyone, I have an idea to help others live in the real world while being an empath. We know that can be a challenge when we "feel" so much. For me, grocery shopping is my biggest challenge. I am hoping to get a group of like minded empaths together via zoom to assist each other to live as an empath.
This will be a safe circle for support and development for empaths.
