Beach Yoga Pinellas teaches an all levels beach flow with modifications to suit beginners through advanced at various beach locations, days and times. Allow the sand to provide the perfect grounding while gazing at a blue sky and listening to the sounds of the waves. We regularly get to share our practice with dolphins swimming in the gulf. A view like no other!!
