Not taking yourself and your business seriously is just another way we play small...

If I dont really try, I can avoid the scary stuff on the other side of my growth.

If I dont take it too seriously it wont hurt so bad if I fail.

Love... let's get this one thing straight...

You're gonna fail, things won't work out AND you'll make it through. In my book, failure is just a really rich place to be in, FULL of lessons. Uncomfortable as Hell, but rich.

The choice you get to make everyday is whether you're ok with settling for less or willing to accept the consequences of growth.

So in order for you to not "fail" so badly... you NEED ways to take the pressure off you directly.

You can accomplish this by setting up a resilient business ecosystem.

Here are the things I wish I would have set up earlier:

1. Weekly planning hour and system on How to actually plan out my week.📑📧📝📆

2. Automatic recurring revenue (ie memberships)👏👏👏

3. Understanding My style of marketing 🤝(not everyone is great at social media and that's ok)

4. Specified time for growth and administrative work, and sticking to it in like its your morning coffee. ☕️

DM if you want to chat about any of these more specifically or comment if you want me to make some posts about each of these

The kindest thing you can do for yourself and your clients is cut out what is no longer aligned.

I know, I know we're supposed to help people...

But can you truly help the people who aren't ready for help, aren't aligning with you, and definitely are not willing to do what it takes to feel better? 🤔

Or what about the ones that just cause you stress? How are you serving your clients when you get out of a session that just sucked the life out of you?

I promise you're not doing anyone any good if you're burnt out or resentful.

So this year what are you doubling down on? Id love to know in the comments. ⬇️⬇️

And what are you cutting out, delegating or adjusting so you can show up fully to do your best work?

Looking for an intentional date for Valentine's Day?

Join us for an afternoon of deepened connection, learning how to actually do effective massage at home, and make it enjoyable for everyone.

One of the biggest issues I hear from couples when it comes to massage, is that their partner either massages too hard or that they can only work for like 5 min before they say their hands hurt.

In this workshop you'll learn techniques that save your hands and your back, using tools and set ups you have at home already, you'll learn sneaky hacks to getting muscles to release, how to use intentional touch, and how massage is a gate way for better communication and connection.

Invest in deeper connection this Valentine's day! Sign up at

Or comment "couples" below and I'll send the link over and answer any questions you might have.

We'll be hosting at studio on Valentine's Day plus we'll be done just in time for you to grab dinner with your partner!

Sorry to break it to you, but the to do list isn't going away.

In fact it expands as soon as it contracts.

So instead of looking at the length of your to do list as a sign of success, productivity as value, or checking off everything as your goal.

Its time to focus on structures of support for yourself.

Idk about you, but often when I look at my to do list and I start doing my regular brain dump, I get overwhelmed by the shear number of things that could theoretically be done.

But when I prioritize focusing on the most important, impactful things first and let my systems hold the rest. I feel so much better.

So let's talk about the agreements I've made with myself that have truly shifted me away from looking at the check list as my evaluator and dragging myself to the bone through its never ending expansion.

1. Defining what success looks like for me...

When I first started out my definition of success was just showing up. Because I knew once I was there, I would connect and do good enough.

It wasn't based on a specific number of clients I booked at an event or the number of dollars I made. Because truly you can't predict that.

And when I just showed up and was present I met amazing people and have long term positive outcomes from just being there.

2. Staying within my capacity

This changes throughout the month, based on life outside of work, my own inner cycle, and so much more.

Sometimes I have to have a slow week. Sometimes I can pack a bunch in a week,

but one of the things I instituted into my work AS SOON AS I had control over my schedule, was half an hour breaks in between each client.

This creates ease, flexibility, and recovery time WITHOUT stress. It let's me energetically clear before each client and gives me time to take care of my own needs too.

3. Clear boundaries (energetically and physically)

This can look like a lot of things, but for me it includes who I work with, what time I work on people, staying out of resentment (Especially around time & money) & so much more.

What agreements do you need to make with yourself to create more easy in your life and work?

My favorite tools to help with mental load are...

✨️ Massagebook for scheduling, automations, reminders, follow up, and managing payment, memberships, and packages (I do know some people have had some trouble, but I haven't had any 🤷‍♀️)

✨️ A custom chatgpt I trained in my sales process, content pillars, my voice, etc,

Which helps we with starting from prompt, template, draft, etc. Instead of trying to come up with all of it on my own. I start my creation with a conversation with my chat so it actually has a foundation of what I'm talking about or want to include.

✨️ Weekly work rhythm (not a tight schedule per say) a pattern of themes to work from. For ex, Mondays are my clarifying and set up day. Tuesday are my email writing and scheduling day. Wed is social creation. Thurs is asset creation. Friday is admin and review day. This is separate from my 1:1 schedule.

✨️ I use my delegations to help give my daughters work experience. They've helped with laundry, setting up the table, cleaning my office space. No they're not working many hours, but it is helpful.

And I'm in the process of creating my SOPs so I can hire a VA in the near future, for additional support so I can stay focused on my zone of genius instead of spending time doing tedious online tasks.

✨️ Email Automations and Funnels. I use flodesk as my email management software and I love that I can add people to a list and have a automated workflow that sends clients a series of emails. This has been so helpful with having a consistent first impression with my online world.
