Here are some of my favorite gut-loving foods in winter:
🍲 Bone broth or veggie broth – rich in minerals, soothing to the gut lining
🍠 Cooked root vegetables – like sweet potato, carrots, and beets for fiber & prebiotics
🍚 Stewed apples or pears – gentle on digestion + support regularity
🌾 Warm oatmeal with chia – nourishes the gut and keeps things moving
🫖 Ginger or fennel tea – calms bloating and supports motility

🧠 Warm, soft foods are easier for the nervous system to digest too.
