Going east on Redlands Blvd we are the driveway just before the Colton stop light. you can only access the driveway going East.

To our valued patients,
Yuen Acupuncture is planning on officially reopening May 1st. It has been a strange season and I am definitely ready to go back to work. I know many of you are in pain and maybe under a lot of stress due to all the restrictions of COVID-19. But hopefully you found some peace in slowing down a bit and enjoying the clean air. I have been on many walks and have slowed down to actually smell the roses. I am navigating my son doing a freshman year of college online at private school tuition as well as managing doing kindergarten on Zoom with my 6 yr old. I have also been helping my 82 yr old father do his continuing education online. All of these things are something of a challenge. I definitely enjoy doing Chinese Medicine more than I like teaching kindergarten!

So as we start planning on getting the office open again we will be making some changes to try to keep everyone safe and healthy.

1) We will be seeing a lot less patients to minimize a crowded office. We will temporarily see just 2 patients per hour per acupuncturist. This allows us adequate time to clean between patients and minimize front desk activity.

2) If you are feeling unwell/fever/cold/cough etc... we ask that you do not come in for treatment. Chinese medicine can be very helpful for all that is going on right now but we want to treat you with herbal medicine rather than have you come in for treatment. If you would like herbal support just let us know.

3) You will be asked to wear a mask before you come in and throughout your treatment. Upon arrival we will ask you to wash your hands then you will be taken to your treatment room.

4) Our waiting room will be closed for the time being therefore please arrive at your appt time or wait in your car until your appt. We ask that you do not bring people with you to your appt as they cannot wait in the waiting room and preferably not in the treatment room. If you have to bring someone they will have to wait in the car or outside.

5) We want to minimize time at the front desk. You can pay your copay but ask that you call back to make appts and ask any ins questions you may have.

6) We will not be doing foot detoxes until restrictions have been lifted.

Thank you so much for respecting these temporary restrictions. I am sure you know that I love my patient interaction and just wearing a mask is driving me crazy. However your health and the health of my staff and family requires that we all be a little uncomfortable for a time.

Covid-19 update
To my valued patients:
It is with a very heavy heart that I am closing the clinic for now. Residents of California are under orders to be on lockdown. I want to respect this process to do my part in keeping our community safe. I am realizing the importance of us all doing our part and many of our patients are in the ‘high risk’ group. I do however want to continue to support you in any way I can.

That being said, I am happy to do herbal consults over the phone. Herbs can be invaluable support for your body at this time. We can make you a formula for the condition we are treating with acupuncture or we can make you a formula to support your immune system and address symptoms of illness that may arise in the next few weeks. If you are on the schedule I will be calling you to discuss your needs. But feel free to call. Leave a message if no one answers and I will get back to you ASAP.

I want to remind everyone that this is a temporary closure. We will reopen just as soon as this threat passes. Hopefully with all of our effort it will pass quickly. Please remember that God does not give us a Spirit of fear but rather a Spirit of Peace. At this time try to help those in need, pray for each other and this country and our planet. God is still good and “He works All things for good in those who love Him and are called according to his purpose” Stay Faithful, Stay healthy, Stay Calm.

Yuen Acupuncture will remain open as long as we are able during this time. We will take extra measures to make sure clients are not waiting in the waiting room but taken back immediately. Please don’t bring extra people with you to your appt unless needed. Please stay home if you are sick or feeling something coming on. If you are sick and would like to order an herbal formula to combat your illness do call us. Gami or Polet will do a phone consult and you can pick your herbs up curbside. We have many herbs that can help your body recover faster. Be well, don’t panic, trust God. ♥️
