Q: I’ve already had breast augmentation… and I wish I had gone one size bigger. Would that have made a big difference?

A: Not necessarily.

When we’re talking about going “one size up,” we’re usually referring to a 25–50cc difference. That’s a very subtle change. It may slightly fill your bra more, but it typically will not change your bra size.

If you truly want to see a noticeable difference in the mirror, you’re generally looking at closer to 100cc. That’s when we start seeing visible changes — and possibly a shift into the next cup size, depending on how you’re currently fitting.

Revision surgery should be thoughtful — not impulsive.
In consultation, we review your anatomy, current implant size, and your goals to determine what change will actually deliver the result you’re envisioning.

If you’re considering going bigger, schedule a consultation so we can discuss what will realistically make an impact — and what won’t.

Q: “How long until I see my final results?”

This is one of the most common questions after breast augmentation.

Most patients are told to expect their final outcome around 4-6 months. That’s when everything has fully settled. But in many cases? You’ll start seeing results closer to 3 months.

After surgery, implants gradually settle into position. Early swelling can make things look higher or firmer than they’ll ultimately be. Healing is a process - and understanding that timeline helps in a successful recovery.

“What if you have very little natural breast tissue - does that change your options?

Absolutely. And that’s where thoughtful planning matters most.

For Patients starting at an A cup or with thin tissue, implant selection isn’t just about size. It’s about:
• Choosing a narrower implant so we don’t extend beyond your natural breast boundaries.
• Often selecting a higher profile implant for better proportion
• Frequently placing the implant under the muscle for added support and camouflage.

The goal? A result that looks natural, soft, and balanced - especially in the upper breast where thin tissue can otherwise show sharp edges.

Every body is different. The right implant is the one that fits you.

Chooseing the right implant isn’t just about ”cc’s.” It starts with the patient’s anatomy.

Before recommending a profile or size, the patient’s anatomy comes first such as:
• Chest width
• Natural breast width (Breast base)

1️⃣ Too narrow of an implant on a wide chest? The patient’s final results won’t balance.
2️⃣ Too wide of an implant on a narrower chest? We risk cleavage rubbing or too much side breast. (If that is not the patient’s desired results.)

The goal is harmony between your anatomy and your size goals. That’s how we create results that look natural and feel right for you.

Q: If I go one size up, will it make a big difference?

A: Not necessarily.

When we’re choosing between implant sizes, we’re often talking about a 25-50cc difference. That’s very subtle. Manufactureers intentionally create implants in close increments so patients have refined options - but one size up will not typically change your bra cup size.

Choosing 25-50ccs more creates slight increases in fullness. If you’re trying to decide between two close sizes, the decision should be based on your anatomy, your frame, and your long-term goals.

If you’d like clarity on what size truly fits your proportions, scheduling a consultation is your best first step in the conversation.

Lower lid contour refers to the smooth transition from the lower eyelid into the cheek. For many patients, a “tired” under-eye look comes from under-eye “bags” (often from fat that becomes more prominent under the eye over time).

Lower blepharoplasty can help smooth the transition from the lower eyelid to the cheek by addressing these under-eye “bags”. The result: a more refreshed, natural-looking under-eye contour.

Q: “What size implant makes me a C cup?”
This is one of the most common questions patients ask - and the answer might surprise you.

There is no universal formula where 300cc = C cup or 400cc = D cup. Breast implant sizing is completey individualized.

Factors that affect sizing include:
• The patient’s height & weight
• Chest width & width of the breast
• How much natural breast tissue they have
• How tight their muscle is
• How much the skin envelope and how tight the skin envelope is
• A history of prior pregnancies

Two patients can choose the same implant size (cc) and look completely different given these factors. That’s why implant selection isn’t solely based on cup size.

If you’re considering augmentation and wondering what size would best fit you, an in-person consultation is the best way to start.

❓What does”implant profile” actually mean?

In simple terms - it’s how much the implant “pops” off the chest.

2️⃣ Two implants can have almost the same cc volume, but look completely different given the individuals anatomy.

✔️ Moderate profile = wider diameter, flatter projection
✔️ High Profile = marrower base, more forward projection

It’s not just about size - it’s about matching the implant to your natural breast width and chest anatomy.

(That’s why two patients choosing cimilar cc’s can end up with very different results.)

✅ Choosing the right profile is about balance, proportion, and understanding your anatomy.
