Q: I’ve already had breast augmentation… and I wish I had gone one size bigger. Would that have made a big difference?
A: Not necessarily.
When we’re talking about going “one size up,” we’re usually referring to a 25–50cc difference. That’s a very subtle change. It may slightly fill your bra more, but it typically will not change your bra size.
If you truly want to see a noticeable difference in the mirror, you’re generally looking at closer to 100cc. That’s when we start seeing visible changes — and possibly a shift into the next cup size, depending on how you’re currently fitting.
Revision surgery should be thoughtful — not impulsive.
In consultation, we review your anatomy, current implant size, and your goals to determine what change will actually deliver the result you’re envisioning.
If you’re considering going bigger, schedule a consultation so we can discuss what will realistically make an impact — and what won’t.
