Unfortunately Garden Pediatrics is closed due to an unexpected power outage. Whatever appointments could be transferred to telemedicine have been done (clinician will take from home). We’re told that power and phones will be back up by 7pm so all messages that were left will be returned tomorrow. Please call back tomorrow if you haven’t heard from us by 10am.

To all of our mamas: We see you. We really do. Some days you have it all together and we know you’re crushing it. Other days, you’re holding on by a thread. And sometimes, you may collapse a little in our office. We see it all and we are constantly amazed by your strength and resiliency and the love that pours through everything you do. Thank you for giving us the honor of being a part of your beautiful, sometimes messy, but always filled with love, lives. You inspire us to do what we do and we send you so much love and reverence today.

After a long period of negotiations, we are so happy to be able to reopen our doors to families with IEHP coverage and continue caring for children across Redlands and the Inland Empire.
Since 2008, Garden Pediatrics has been honored to serve our community with thoughtful, evidence-based, compassionate pediatric care, and we are grateful for the opportunity to welcome IEHP families back.
Important: To be effective May 1st, you must select Garden Pediatrics with IEHP by April 25th.

On National Doctors’ Day, we’re celebrating the heart behind Garden Pediatrics — Dr. Cameo Carter, MD.

Founder and owner of Garden Pediatrics, Dr. Carter is a board-certified pediatrician, a mom of three young adults, and a physician with nearly 20 years of experience caring for children and families in our community.

Her work extends far beyond the exam room. She is deeply dedicated to serving her patients and advocating for them — one child, one family, and one community at a time. From delivering thoughtful, evidence-based medical care to educating families and teaching the next generation, Dr. Carter leads with both expertise and heart.

She is always learning, always growing, and always working to make Garden Pediatrics the very best it can be — because that’s what every child and every family deserves.

After a year of thoughtful negotiations, we’re so happy to share that Garden Pediatrics is welcoming back Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) patients ages 0–21.

We know that stepping away from IEHP last year created real disruption for many families, and that was not something we took lightly. It was a difficult but necessary decision at the time to ensure we could continue providing high-quality, sustainable care.

Over the past year, we’ve worked hard to build a better path forward, one that we hope will better support our patients, families, and the future of pediatric care in our community.

Here’s what you need to know:
