We appreciate your patience as we work through the final steps of accepting Anthem Blue Cross HMO. While we had originally anticipated a February 1st start date, there have been some unexpected delays. At this time, we expect that we will be in-network sometime in early April.

We will continue to provide updates as we receive confirmation. Thank you for your understanding!
