What is Neurodiversity?

Neurodiversity is the understanding that there are different brain types and because of that, people experience and interact in the world in different ways. It is recognizing that each brain type is beautiful and has strengths and weaknesses, these weaknesses may need support but do not require fixing. Rather these variations in brain type are needed in our world as they help diversify thinking. In fact many of our most brilliant minds are/were neurodivergent: Bill Gates, Tim Burton, Albert Einstein, Steve Jobs and more!
