You don’t grow in the workout… you grow in the recovery. 💪
After a tough H.I.S.T. session, make sure you’re doing THIS:
👉 Refuel within 30–60 mins
• Get that protein in to rebuild + recover 🍗
👉 Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate 💧
• Replace what you sweat out
• Reduce soreness + keep performance high
👉 Active recovery > no recovery
• Walk it out 🚶♂️
• Stretch it out 🧘♀️
• Keep the blood flowing
Remember… we break the muscle down in the gym—
but we build it back stronger AFTER. 🔥
