We got residents who used to garden in the old days so we're here reviving that skill in our own facility! Residents like Debbie, Jennie, Nancy, Lynda, Juanita, and Carole enjoy watering the plants and keeping our garden healthy. Such a wonderful way to be engaged and keep our facility beautiful...🪴

It is very important that we are keeping our residents hydrated in this heat!☀️ Hydration is vital to avoid confusion, agitation, and even falls. So here is our Resident Committee making a summer fruit salad. We got Aida plucking off grapes, Jeanie cutting pear, Jackie cutting plums, and Nancy slicing the green apples. They had a blast cutting away and snacking on the fruit as they went!

STRIKE!🎳

The opportunities for your loved ones to be engaged and involved is endless! At Blossom Grove every Monday at 3:45 we open up out Sinatra Living Room to become a Bowling Alley for a nice bowling tournament. We got some residents who were once in the bowling league like Jennie and Jackie so this is a good way of continuing their skills! Come join us for bowling!

We just celebrated... Senior Citizens Day! This day honors the contribution and the wisdom of older adults, and we have many of them here! We had an awards ceremony, awarding our residents on some fun superlatives. People were awarded with most artistic, best dressed, most funny, and other categories. They were so proud of themselves! Special Shout out to our entertainment of the hour, Elite Entertainment from Rancho Cucamonga! Erica and her brother put on a wonderful Polynesian dance show for us. They went over the top with their dances and costumes and took things to a new level! Thank you so much for coming to Blossom Grove to bring this culture to our residents💜

Tropical Tuesday🌴☀️🌺

We had a blast at the Hawaiian Luau Party! It was almost as if we went to Hawaii! We had a delicious menu with pineapple meatballs, Hawaiian BBQ chicken, and upside down pineapple cake. Everyone was dressed in their Luau attire with their floral patterns and leis around their necks. And we were able to see families and residents have a lovely time spent together🩷 Thank you all for coming to out Luau Party!

Golden Oldies and Golden Voices!🌟
We are finding hidden talent here at Blossom Grove and we discovered that we have a lot of great singers here! We got Mary singing Elvis, Flor singing "Stand by Me", Gary singing "Pretty Woman" and Eka hitting the high noted with Whitney Houston! We had such a fun time and all staff and residents were singing along. 🎤🎼
