🌟Good News Yogis!🌟

Vasa has received some of the loan/grant money and we are feeling much more optimistic about returning to a more “normal” schedule soon. 👏👏👏Some instructors have started teaching classes in the studio this week and we are having the assistants come back and be “students”. We have also moved the classes that were shortened back to their regular time (75 minutes versus 60 minutes). Over the next few weeks we may be adding classes back and possibly moving some things around to prepare for our slow (and safe!) re-opening. 👉🏽Let us know what classes you miss and want to see added back first and we will do our best to accommodate.👈🏼

We will be implementing some new policies and procedures to comply with safety guidelines and to make sure we are doing our part to stop the spread of COVID-19. Please continue to follow us on social media and read the emails we send out so we can communicate these changes and updates to you.

We sincerely appreciate your kindness, patience, and understanding as we move through this journey together. The support from our community has truly carried us through these difficult times.

Vasa 200-hour Teacher Training is comprised of 2 comprehensive modules.
Module 1 ~ October 9th - November 15th, 2020
Foundations of Yoga
Module 2 ~ January 9th - February 21st, 2021
Taking the Seat of the Teacher

Vasa teacher training will provide you with a comprehensive level of understanding and tools preparing you to teach with confidence. Teacher training is not just for those who want to teach, the experience will give you a deeper level of understanding and enhance your personal practice. In other words: immerse yourself in yoga study, find your path and make friends for life. This program will acquaint you with the many layers of yoga, giving you a well-rounded yoga experience provided by a caring community of mentors.

Hey yogis! Thanks so much for your understanding. The flood damage is pretty bad but thankfully it's mostly in the office. We are working hard to prepare the studio space to be ready for classes tomorrow (Friday). Make sure to check the schedule online just in case. We may have limited space but we will make it work so come get your yoga on!!!

Dear Yoga Family,
The love, support, and kindness we have received from you over the last 10 days since my niece’s passing has been overwhelming.

Many of you have asked if there is anything you can do, so now I ask that you join me on Saturday September 9th for a class in Natalie’s memory. Natalie fought hard for her life and had so much strength in her little body, I want to honor her with a flow dedicated to her. This will be a free class focusing on love, strength, community, and healing. We will be accepting donations to help with the costs of the hospital bills and funeral. All donations will go to:
