This last month+ has been full and busy in the best ways. I love getting into a flow and the Fall often inspires reflection and change in my routines and rituals. 🍂
I will be adjusting my postpartum support to become something that I believe will be more nourishing for everyone ~

The changes will take full effect in 2025 and I’m excited to share them with you!

It is my personal belief that in order to accompany families across the thresholds that they are called to, I have a responsibility to be well and working toward healing. I have a responsibility to connect to my ancestors, the spiritual guidance of the things I can’t see with my eyes and to lean out and away from martyrdom. I’ve never believed in giving away more than what I have or prioritizing the healing of someone else’s healing over my own. Holding this belief has kept me whole even through the most challenging of mental and physical times in my life so I can continue to be of service to others.

I hope that my intentions and practices heal the collective and the community around me.

For those who have been so patient with me through this winter and supported me as I whined and complained and struggled through moments of burnout ~ the sun came out today and I am deeply grateful for you ☀️ still here, still growing, feeling a little more full. We doula better together. Cheers, friends!

I’m looking for families who would love a postpartum doula who loves to cook 🥣

- I am a certified Natural Chef through Bauman College in the Bay Are and worked as a personal chef before having my kiddos

- I am a full spectrum doula and educator and over the years have developed recipes and healing protocols for the postpartum period that I’ve used to recover from my own births as well as support the families I work with

- Now that my kids are older and I can work out of the home more often I’d love to get back to my roots and into people’s kitchens more!

(I work mostly with pregnant and postpartum families but I also really love cooking for people going through or recovering from cancer treatments. That work has my heart and I have training as well as personal experience to serve in this area.)

I was so grateful to be present during two very powerful births to bookend the transition into a new calendar year. The last birth I witnessed, right at the end of 2023 and the first birth I witnessed at the beginning of 2024 held so much presence, strength and inner wisdom ~ I am moved, humbled and grateful ✨
