Learn how to find a meditation practice that works for you.

A short talk will be given around the nature of the mind and meditation. The rest of the time will be experiential. Meditative experiences will include movement practices accessible to everyone, pranayama, meditative kriyas (energy work involving some combination of breath, sound, and movement), and seated meditation. This will be a wonderful opportunity to find your center and remind yourself of the ways you can return there again and again.

This practice is open to all levels of meditators, whether you need a boost to get back into your regular practice, are looking for some new tools to use, or are brand new to meditation.

How you breathe is intimately connected to the health of your pelvic floor, core and nervous system. This makes your breath one of the most important tools for pregnancy and birth. However, many of the common prenatal breathing exercises found online don't teach proper breathing mechanics, which can leave you vulnerable to pelvic floor or core dysfunction.

In this workshop, you will learn physiologic-based breathing practices to help you connect your breath with your diaphragm and pelvic floor and restore your nervous system balance. You will also experience a relaxing 30-minute guided breathwork journey to reset your nervous system and leave you feeling confident as you continue to use breathwork practices in your pregnancy and birth to induce relaxation and encourage a calm birth experience.

As the trees let go of their leaves, we too are invited to release what no longer serves us. In this 60-minute experience, you'll be guided through gentle Yoga Nidra—a deeply restorative meditative practice—followed by a nourishing sound bath to help you ground, unwind, and surrender to the wisdom of the season.

Let the tension fall away and return to your center with calm and clarity.
