🎻 All those years of violin lessons are being put to good use as Dr. Steph spent the last week in NYC with her sister, Dr. Serena, rehearsing and performing with the World Doctors Orchestra! 🎼

This amazing organization brings together doctor musicians from around the globe with a common goal to give back through music. ❤️‍🩹 We are so thankful for this opportunity to perform in the one and only Carnegie Hall and in the beautiful, historic St. Bartholomew’s Church in Manhattan.

☀️What did we do on our week off from the office? More dentistry! Dr. Steph headed to Grenada with her daughter, Kira, to provide free dental services with Great Shape, Inc. and their 1000 Smiles Project. It doesn’t feel like work when making a difference in people’s lives! ❤️‍🩹
Through and the Sandals Foundation, so many communities in need of urgent dental care throughout the Caribbean can be helped each year. 🤗
Many patients (both kids and adults) came in with anxiety and dental pain, and left with gratitude and hope for a brighter future. 🙏 💖 Hundreds of cleanings and sealants were done on kids by the hygiene program to promote preventive care.
Kudos to the incredible team of dentists, hygienists, students, and support staff for working 40+ hours in 86 degrees and humidity, and making it a memorable and fulfilling week! 🎉

Graduation vibes are here and we have 3️⃣ Class of 2025 grads in our own RKD family! 🙌 👨‍🎓

🎓 Dr. Steph and Dr. Charoenkul’s son, Alex, is graduating Cal Poly with his Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science!

🎓 Courtney’s son, Brody, is graduating from Woodinville High School and will be attending culinary school!

🎓 Kari’s son, Leo, is also graduating Woodinville High School and plans to attend the University of Washington!

Congrats to these kiddos on their accomplishments and we’re excited to celebrate them as they enter a new chapter of their lives 🥳

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and a reminder to slow down and be present 🌅

In dentistry, we’ve learned that the small wins matter—
A nervous patient who makes it through a cleaning.
A child who smiles after a cavity is filled.
Someone who finally books that appointment they’ve been putting off.
These moments may seem minor, but they’re victories—for them, and for us! 🥳
