Graces's new class starts next week!
7:30-8:30am | Power Flow | Tuesdays & Thursdays.
On that note - we have added a handful of strength based classes this year and will be offering more this Fall. The time is NOW to create grounded and steady strength in all layers of the self. Join us for 45 minute Yoga and Strength Training class or a full 60 or 75 minute Power Flow. 💪
And don't worry, we believe in balance and our gentle offerings aren't going anywhere. 🤍
