2️⃣ Start the day with a 60-second hip-opener stretch.
3️⃣ Side-sleep with a pillow between your knees.
4️⃣ Keep water + protein snacks on hand—tiny fuel ups beat energy dips.
5️⃣ Slip in a shaded 10-minute walk after lunch.
