We’re excited to welcome Emi, our new Pilates instructor, to the Innova family!

Emi first discovered Pilates as a way to correct her own posture — but it quickly became so much more. She fell in love with how mindful movement can transform how we feel in our bodies, build balance, and support healing from the inside out.

At Innova, Emi helps clients improve posture, build strength, and move with ease through intentional, awareness-based sessions. Her classes are designed for everyone — whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice.

Outside the studio, you’ll find Emi enjoying good food, reading recipe books, tending to plants, or relaxing with a cozy aroma bath.
