Introducing a new group of Certified Dry Needling Specialists! We now have several providers at both our Seattle and Redmond locations that are certified to provide this service. Dry needling is a highly effective tool to help patients reach their full potential by re-setting the reflexive center within muscles, whether it be to improve activation in an inhibited muscle, or help relax a muscle holding onto unnecessary tone. Stretching getting you nowhere? This can help! Strength training feel ineffective? This can help!
