What is it you want more of. What is it your soul is seeking? Most of my clients come to me wanting more energy and less pain. Sounds simple right? But to sit and hear what is underneath the pain, what is it really keeping them from? For example: I used to get migraines everyday. I was so stuck in my pain I would silently cry that I’d do anything if only the pain would go away. Then I started getting network spinal adjustments. It changed my whole world. I started to understand when I got a migraine it was because I overextended my brain and body that day. I didn’t give my body enough rest. I wasn’t moving my body enough during the day. I was getting caught inside my thoughts ect.. The pain that comes from avoiding ourselves can change into feeling more you than ever before! ✨✨

Pregnancy symptoms brought my mom to seek chiropractor care! Without her finding relief and learning the importance of taking care of your nervous system I would not have found what I love! My mom learned the importance of keeping your nervous system operating at 100% while growing children or as a growing child! Especially if you are having symptoms it is NOT OKAY! Get your spine checked by a family or prenatal specific chiropractor.
