We’re introducing something new to our space in April for you to try Yin Yoga with Michelle ✨
If your practice has mostly been movement, flow, and effort—yin offers you the other side. A quieter, slower, more introspective way to meet yourself on the mat.
In yin, we hold poses for longer durations, giving the body time to gently open and the nervous system a chance to truly settle. It’s less about doing, and more about allowing.
✨ Supports deep release in connective tissues and joints
✨ Calms the nervous system and reduces stress
✨ Improves flexibility and circulation
✨ Creates space for stillness, reflection, and breath awareness
