Time to get cozy with this lazy day recipe!

Recipe of the Week
Crockpot Coconut Curry

Ingredients:
• 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
• 2 tsp coconut extract
• 1 ½ cups water
• 1 to 2 Tbsp Better then Bullion chicken flavor
• 2 to 4 Tbsp dried onions
• 1 Tbsp curry powder
• 1 Tbsp turmeric
• 2 tsp fresh ginger, minced or grated
• 2 tsp crushed garlic
• 1 cup red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
• ½ tsp sea salt
• Cayenne pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Place everything in a slow cooker.
2. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or on low for 4-6 hours.
3. Serve over cauliflower rice or add other veggies.
• Freshly ground black pepper to taste

✨ Warm, cheesy, and packed with flavor… these Savory Egg-and-Cheese Muffins are the perfect way to start your day! Light, fluffy, and full of fresh veggies, they’ll quickly become your go-to breakfast.
Here’s how to make it ⬇️
Ingredients
🔹 Nonstick spray
🔹 2 packets Ideal Protein Cheese Omelette Mix
🔹 ⅔ cup cold water
🔹 2 green onions, diced
🔹 ¼ cup diced bell pepper
🔹 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or cilantro
🔹 Pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 4 cups in a nonstick muffin tin with nonstick spray.
2️⃣ Whisk omelette mix and water in a small bowl until smooth. Stir in green onions, bell pepper, parsley, and cayenne.
3️⃣ Divide mixture among muffin cups. Bake until puffed, lightly browned, and just set, about 14–15 minutes.
4️⃣ Let cool in pan for 2 minutes. Run a knife around edges to unmold.

Pumpkin Orange Waffles

Ingredients:
• 1 Ideal Protein Golden Pancakes mix
• 1 Ideal Protein Orange Creamsicle bar, broken into chunks
• 1/8 tsp. baking powder
• 1/8 tsp. pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
• 3 T. water
• 1 T. Ideal Protein Maple Syrup
• Cooking spray

Directions:
1. Preheat waffle iron.
2. Place the dry ingredients in a bullet blender or food processor; pulse to fine crumbs. Transfer to a
mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients; stir to mix.
3. Coat waffle iron with cooking spray. Bake waffles according to manufacturer directions.
4. To serve, drizzle with additional Ideal Protein Maple Syrup.
