Today, we turned up the flavor and brought the community together! Residents picked fresh basil from their own gardens 🌿 and teamed up with our amazing Chef Mia to whip up the most delicious cheese pizzas. 😋 Nothing beats homemade goodness!

Spending time at the beach offers wonderful benefits for seniors from reducing stress and boosting mood, to encouraging gentle physical activity, sensory stimulation, and social connection. The ocean air and sunshine also promote relaxation and overall well-being. 💛
