BIG NEWS….

we’re moving to da Big Island!!! 🌺

This has been a long time dream for our family to have a space to welcome Ohana and our community, to be surrounded by the ocean, the trees, and the honey bees, and to raise our little one in the spirit of aloha.

The sweet, historic coffee town of Holualoa on the Kona side is where Malia’s grandmother was born and raised and where her grandparents met.

Malia’s mom was born on this island and lived here until the family moved to Oahu, where her parents met in Kailua.

Fast forward to the past twenty years in the beach cities of LA, where we built Harmala Temple, formed deep friendships, and grew a beautiful, thriving community over the past eight years. The South Bay has been so special to us, and it’s been an incredible place to root and grow.

We will be keeping our South Bay home and renting it out, so a piece of us will still be here. We’ll be back to visit and continue holding retreats.

We are beyond grateful and excited to begin this new chapter- expanding Harmala Temple onto this sacred land. (Picture of us on our new property!)

Temazcal Sweat Lodge!

🌺 Let's raise funds for the Hawai'i flood relief!

We’re hosting a traditional Temazcal (sweat lodge) on Saturday, April 11th at 5pm: a beautiful space to sweat, release, pray, and reconnect with yourself in community. All souls welcome.

Inside the lodge, we sit with the heat, the steam, the songs, and the breath… allowing the body to open, the mind to soften, and whatever is ready to move to move.

We’ll be guided by Lumina, who holds this tradition with so much care and reverence. .energy

✨ Optional hapé will be offered before entering for those who feel called, to support clearing and intention.

Energy exchange is $80, and this time any extra donations will go toward flood disaster relief in Hawai‘i 🤍

🌺 Being pro-mother is being pro-women.

Every time you exercise a little bit of patience in a room with a screaming toddler, you bend down to pick something up a mama dropped while carrying six things, flash a little smile in her direction while she tends to her young one, you say- "it's ok to be here! You are part of society- in fact: thank you for raising the next generation all the while continuing to do you!"

Feeling SO grateful to our community for accepting our little one as part of our retreat experiences. We understand being around kids isn't for everyone and one single community isn't for everyone. But we LOVE integrating family into ceremony and ceremony into family- and we wouldn't have it any other way.

What a blessing for Angeli to grow up surrounded by music, love and beautiful souls.

🌺The Hawaiian islands have been hit by the heaviest storm in decades and is facing over $1B in damages and severe damage to property and public spaces.

The community is coming together and helping one another out, but more assistance is needed. I found some strong resources that can help:

🌼 What an incredible way to bring in Spring with the magical .energy guiding us in a private sisterhood day time ceremony!

As ceremony facilitators it is SO important we keep receiving, keep expanding and connecting with our medicine community at large.

🎨 We finally made it to The Chapel of Sacred Mirrors (CoSM) in upstate New York. Observing the psychedelic art of Alex and Allyson Grey in person was like entering a deep medicine journey and remembering the eternal nature of love. WOW. A true temple of art and connection to the divine.

🖤 This Saturday, you have the opportunity to be painted by amazing visionary artist and body painter Caren Chroma for our Dia de Los Mu***os Ecstatic Dance. Caren has worked with Alex and Allyson Grey at CoSM. 🤩

3/8 spots remaining ~ slots open from 11-3 during the day where we will have music, snacks and beverages and connection at our house and dance will be 4:30-7:30pm Saturday evening.
