If you work with ceremony or earth medicine, you probably know this feeling.

You have a powerful journey. You receive insight, clarity, remembering. For a while everything feels open and alive… and then life starts moving again. The body tightens. Old patterns show up. The teachings are still there, but they feel harder to access in real time.

We've seen this so many times: in ourselves and in the people we sit with. It’s not that the medicine didn’t work. It’s that the body needs support to keep integrating what was opened. The nervous system needs rhythm, movement, breath, and time so the wisdom doesn’t just live in memory, but in how you actually move through your days.

That’s where embodiment has become essential for us. Breathing, moving, sounding, letting the medicine keep circulating instead of getting stuck in the mind. When the body feels safe enough, the teachings don’t fade- they deepen.

With that in mind, Malia is guiding an all-souls-welcome somatic microdose series starting March 17th. This is for you if you feel ready to breathe, move your body, listen more closely, and support your integration in a grounded, ongoing way: not just during ceremony, but in everyday life.

This isn’t about chasing peak experiences. It’s about staying in relationship with what’s already been revealed and letting it shape how you live, create, and relate.

🎨 We finally made it to The Chapel of Sacred Mirrors (CoSM) in upstate New York. Observing the psychedelic art of Alex and Allyson Grey in person was like entering a deep medicine journey and remembering the eternal nature of love. WOW. A true temple of art and connection to the divine.

I had the honor of being painted by incredible soul artist and body painter Caren Chroma on these three big life occasions. My bachelorette, being a few weeks pregnant and just two weeks before Angeli was born.

Caren has worked with Allison and Alex Grey at Chapel of Sacred Mirrors, she is a divine being, a significant artist of our time and you will never forget your soul painting experience with her.

🍊 Hello family,
It’s Danny—your humble facilitator and co-founder of Harmala Temple. I’ve just returned from three weeks in the upper Amazon, having completed a plant dieta at Inca Shipiba Ancestral Healing Center, just outside of Nauta, Peru.

The land was alive in every sense—towering trees, trails winding through the underbrush, a creek cutting through the valley, and the constant song of jungle creatures. The days were filled with silence, journaling, hammock time, and listening—deep listening. And of course… the dieta food: flavorless oatmeal, eggs, rice, lentils, and broth.

During this time, I began organizing notes for a book I’m writing—a reflection on this decade-long path from musician and guardian to facilitator and co-founder of our beloved Harmala Temple. Nearly ten years ago, I sat with Ayahuasca for the first time. That moment changed everything.

This Wednesday, I’ll be joining my wife and temple co-creator Malia on her weekly community call, The Psychedelic Connection, to share more about the dieta, the power of icaros, and Aya Dreams Project—my latest offering for those walking the path of integration, vision, and dream.
