I get it. For years I struggled with dozens of chronic symptoms like extreme digestive issues, heartburn, pain in my stomach, severe acne, unexpected weight loss, bloat, skin rashes, brain fog, depression, and panic attacks.
During this time, I met with a handful of doctors and specialists, spent thousands of dollars on testing, just to be told that I was healthy, and everything looked “normal.”
I was repeatedly told that there was no known reason for my symptoms and put on endless medications.
After years of struggling and fear of eating out or going to events, I discovered that my issues all stemmed from a few root causes, and they were all treatable! With the help of my holistic doctor, I eventually healed my gut lining, got rid of bacteria overgrowths, and discovered daily practices that helped me reset my nervous system. All of which have gotten me where I am today: happy and free to live my life.
