A very dear old friend of mine passed away yesterday, we shared the same interests and passion, he’s corky humor had me laughing and although life took us in different directions and I barely saw him as of recent, I will miss him and the memories we shared. One of our dearest client and friend has been battling Scoliosis all her life. She started taking Pilates to build strength, form and balance. When she originally came to our studio she was not able to do any balance work and was afraid to fall. Today she is strong, balanced and proudly walks upright. Another year back in Slovenia to celebrate my grandmothers birthday! This year she turned a young 103 years!! While there we took a trip to wine country and our favorite restaurant in Jerusalem. I got to spend time with family and that is a gift. 🙌🏻❤️💯 ❤️

We are 4 days away from SWEA LA’s Christmas fair, come out and experience a day with Swedish traditions and our Lucia train celebration.This Saturday Dec 6th at 10am-4pm. And we have some amazing treats in store for you!! Sockerbit, swedish hot dogs, Malibu farms serving Swedish pancakes, baked goods and some Glögg from Sjöblom to sip on while strolling around, and getting some shopping done from our vendors! Don’t forget to book your Lucia tickets! 12pm or 2:30pm show, kids 12y and under are free!! NO Entrance fee to the fair!

I had a photo shoot with my dear friend Ulrika Molin and I’m in awe with her talent and how she skillfully know how to capture the natural light.
She asked me to come makeup ready and dressed to go out in Nature!
(I managed to do my own hair makeup)
It was one of the most easy going stress free shoots I’ve ever had! Thank you Ulrika for making me feel so comfortable ❤️🙌🏻

If you are a foodie, you have to try this amazing restaurant in Vancouver Wa it has become my all time favorite! Not only is every plate perfectly turned into a beautiful art piece, the mixture of the flavors combined is out of this world! The chef is outstanding, and in my opinion an artist creating his menu that changes constantly! The thing that really impressed me is all the accommodations he did for me suffering from severe allergies and EOE, being limited to eat certain foods. At elements they truly care about their customers and hands down to all their staff for being so professional and caring.
