🪷 Reiki fundraiser and healing meditation for those affected by the fires. 🪷

Dear friends,

We had planned to have our in-person monthly Community Reiki Circle in Pacific Palisades this Sunday. Sadly, our host, Ms. S's home and neighborhood, were destroyed by the fires. Due to the devastating fires in the Palisades, LA, and surrounding areas, we will have our Community Reiki Circle online this month.
🌹
Let's ​unite and support each other with Reiki, meditation, community spirit, and sharing. We will hold a Reiki meditation for our dear friend MS. S and all those affected by the fires, including displaced families, animals, and first responders.

Dear friends,

You are invited to join our upcoming online 4-week series!
Conscious ​Grief & ​Conscious Joy.

Conscious Grief & Conscious Joy came to me as a 4-week series after I discovered grief held in my body. I created a ritual and listened to my intuition for guidance on how to consciously grieve. This was profound & deeply healing. From there, I understood the importance of connecting to grief and joy. I discovered that both want to be felt consciously & both have gifts to share.

During this 4-week series, I will support you in finding unfelt grief in your body & mind. Using Reiki, meditation, and creative exercises, we will invite grief & give it a voice. We will give it movement & expression through art, tears, and sounds. This will be done partially in our online gatherings ​& partially in your own time between classes.

There will be plenty of time for sharing​ & Q&A.
🪷
​For those who want to go deeper, there will be optional homework assignments between classes. These will include information on creating your own rituals for honoring grief and joy, as well as suggestions on journaling & processing throughout the 4-weeks.
