All aboard the playSense train!! 🚂 Check out the train-themed activities from our play group today. The little ones had so much fun working together to finish a train puzzle, decorate a train with paper pieces and create a train snack made of graham crackers! All of our senses were chugging along and working together to ride a swing train, deliver heavy boxes through long tunnels and climb a ladder to board. Choo-Choo!

It’s the first day of our Spring Play Group 🌸💐🐝 and this week is all about planes ✈️🛩️, trains 🚂🚃 and automobiles 🚗🚙🚘🚕! The kids had fun boarding first class swing planes passing packages to each other for mid-air transportation, building letters out of pretzel sticks and creating their very own paper airplanes to fly at home!

We are looking forward to playing with all the train-themed activities tomorrow 🥰💕

Meet Ms. Vanessa, one of our amazing OT therapists! ✨

Vanessa has been part of the PlaySense family for over a year, and her sessions are full of creativity and adventure. She loves imaginary play… from going on rocketship adventures through space with the bolster swing 🚀, to saving animal stuffies on a safari boat with the platform swing 🐘, to building castles out of pillows, mats, and blankets 🏰.

When she’s not at playSense, you can find her spending time with family and friends, soaking up the sunshine outside, and traveling.

Our favorite time of the season - play group!! Today, we worked together to build turkeys out of snacks 🦃, take turns on a pillow hayride, and use sweet potatoes and apples as stamps to decorate a placemat ☺️

Our playSense therapists will be wearing costumes all week to celebrate Halloween week 👻🎃!

Join in the fun and have your child dress in a Halloween costume for their OT session any day next week (Monday 10/27 to Friday 10/31).

Parents!! Please ensure that the costume is appropriate for active play - swinging, tumbling, climbing, etc. 🤸🧗🛝 Additionally, to keep playSense a warm, safe and welcoming environment for all, please ensure no weapons or gore are a part of the costume. Thank you! We can’t wait to see you next week in your costume!!
