Touch isn’t just about feeling things. It helps kids feel secure, explore their world, and build the foundation for learning and play. Through Ayres Sensory Integration, we look at how this sensory input helps kids feel safe in their bodies, explore their environment, and build the foundation for skills like play, learning, and emotional regulation.

When the tactile system works smoothly, kids can focus less on “how things feel” and more on learning, playing, and having fun! 🖐️🎨

We hear a lot about the vestibular system when it comes to sensory integration—and for good reason! 🌪️ 🚴‍♂️🎢 It plays a huge role in how we move, balance, and feel grounded in our bodies.
