I have successfully gotten clients off of medications, helped them to balance their hormones, lose weight and so much more. During our time together, we will seeing each other at least twice per month. Two times, for an hour each, in our one on one personalized coaching sessions, and then there will be times that we will meet to go over exercise routines, do a healthy food shopping tour, group lectures, cooking classes and more.
