I have successfully gotten clients off of medications, helped them to balance their hormones, lose weight and so much more. Having your own personal health coach can help you confront challenges such as managing your medications, losing weight and increasing your physical activity level, all of which can lead to less pain, lower medical costs over time and increased happiness. During our time toge

ther, we will seeing each other at least twice per month. Two times, for an hour each, in our one on one personalized coaching sessions, and then there will be times that we will meet to go over exercise routines, do a healthy food shopping tour, group lectures, cooking classes and more. I will be your guide and mentor and we will work step by step to help you reach your goals. I will give you recommendations, a variety of handouts, various fun give a ways like a new healthy food to try, cd’s, books and self care items. I am your partner in this journey and working with me will help you to understand how you can have more energy, lose excess weight and be happy with simple steps and food that is not only healthy but delicious! A great start to the day! I blended Chia seeds, quinoa, and flaxseed with coconut milk, cinnamon and a little bit of organic agave. Let it sit overnight and then add berries. If you know me, then you know I’m obsessed with my Matcha. 🍵 this is my homemade version with some coconut milk and a little bit of honey.

Just spread your avocado on it, a little salt and pepper and a little squeeze of a lime. Pair it with a side of berries and you have a pretty yummy vegan meal. 🤤
