I guess you could say I was already doing it and the idea struck. As I was reaching a turning point in my life, I began wondering where I was actually heading. I was giving tips to a friend who wanted to start a workout program, diet, etc., and she asked me, "why are YOU not a trainer?"

And there it was. I decided to go for it. I buckled down and got my certification with NASM. It has been one of the most difficult and fulfilling things I have done and I couldn't be more excited to bring my love for fitness to others. With my brand and my continuing education, I hope to bring a little something extra to the table. I hope to help others find what I found inside myself over the years. I hope to help them transform their lifestyle into something just a little more fulfilling. For me, it's never been about losing weight. It's always been about balancing my busy life with my adventurous mind. Losing weight and gaining self esteem is just the bonus of it all. If your mind is in it, your body will follow. No matter what it takes. If dedication is in your mind, it will be in your bones. I hope to ease that treacherous path and let others know that I have been there. Maybe not in body, but in mind. And no matter the struggles, they can be pushed through and overcome. I hope to take personal training to a new level to help those in need of a transformation. To help make a healthy lifestyle fun and easy. To make people see that working out is hard work, but necessary to a fulfilling life.

-Mixed Greens
-1 ounce Chicken: 7 grams protein
-1 ounce Goat Cheese: 6 grams protein
-1 ounce Pumpkin Seeds: 9 grams protein
-1 ounce Sunflower Seeds: 5 grams protein
-1/4 Avocado: 1 gram protein + good fat
- Shaved carrots & beets: vitamins + pretty
- Olive Oil & Lemon: good fat + Vitamin C

If you’re trying to get extra protein, make pumpkin and sunflower seeds your best friends! They are lower reactive than nuts and go with everything!

Releasing Blame allows for emotional freedom.
