Namaste,
The power of sound can take participants on a transformative journey, helping them move from a waking state to a lucid dream-like state through Mind Entrainment. Each experience is unique, but the feeling of deep healing is universally shared.
While anyone can quickly learn to strike a gong or play a singing bowl, the true art of facilitating a sound bath lies in technique and the energy you create for your participants. This is what we focus on in our Sound Bath Teacher Training Mentorship.
"So here’s the deal: South Bay's Guru Jessica Piquette, who’s been leading Kundalini classes and sound baths in the South Bay for over 12 years, and me (Amy), I first got hooked on sound healing back in 2012 at a Guy Douglas Sound Bath in Topanga Canyon. Honestly, I was blown away by how powerful it was. I was an instructor for Pranic Healing and attended an ashram in 2008 The Bihar School of Yoga, in India, where Swami Satyananda Saraswati, the author of Yoga Nidra(written in 1976), was our teacher. I knew I could do this, so I started leading my own sound baths. At first, I partnered with my friend, Shamanic Healer Fabian Rodriguez, and then every Monday night, I hosted sound baths at the legendary (now closed) The Green Yogi."
This mentorship is all about helping you create safe, powerful sound experiences. You’ll learn to channel energy through gongs, singing bowls, ocean drums, chimes, and more—basically, everything you need to bring the magic of sound to others.
This mentorship offers a structured, teacher-to-student approach, focusing on the subtleties of sound healing, grounding techniques, and how to manage energy shifts in participants. You will learn how to confidently lead sound baths for yourself, your loved ones, or even paid group offerings, all without the corporate feel and price tag of traditional programs.
By the end of this course, you’ll feel empowered to share the transformative power of sound healing in your own unique way.
Join us for this enriching journey
We look forward to sharing this experience with you.
With love,
Jessica & Amy
