August Reset Yoga Series ☀️

Join Jamie Radenbaugh, RPYT for this special series this month!

What is an August Reset? Perfect for those who have been working and playing hard this summer, it is a 75 minute “Flow and Restore” class. Half Gentle Flow, half Restorative, this class will refresh and soothe.

When: Thursdays in August, 6:00-7:15 PM
(Aug 7, 14, 21; 28)

Where: Exhale

Cost: $10-20 suggested.
Dry Sauna after class included!
