Last night during forest bathing, I was sitting next to a California blackberry vine. As I looked at it, I could see its whole life—like a highlight reel—not just of the vine, but of my life, and of life in general.

It wasn’t a straight path. The vine branched in all directions. Some parts reached up toward the sky, others stayed close to the ground. Some branches were full of green leaves and berries. Others had died back, just bare twigs.

But at the very tip, there was new growth—soft, bright green leaves, stretching forward.

It made me think about the many versions of ourselves we carry. Some still alive and thriving. Some part of the past. All of them still part of who we are. And no matter what, we keep growing forward. Branching. Becoming.

A mindful nature experience designed for families to slow down, connect, and wonder together.

This is not a hike, but a gentle, guided walk through the forest—filled with playful invitations to notice the beauty and rhythms around you. We’ll move slowly, using our senses to explore textures, sounds, and patterns in nature, followed by quiet creative time near the creek.

Our time together includes:
• A family-friendly forest walk with interactive mindfulness prompts
• A short grounding circle or nature-based meditation
• Time by the creek for drawing, coloring, or nature journaling
• Moments to reflect and share what you noticed, together

This session is ideal for children who are able to walk the trail independently and sit for short periods. We invite curiosity, wonder, and moments of stillness—with room for gentle movement and exploration.

🌱 Details:
• Designed for families with children ages ~5 and up (younger kids are welcome if they can participate mindfully)
• 90-minute session
• Price includes up to 4 participants (typically 1–2 adults and their children)
