Wrapping up Hispanic Heritage Month with a spotlight on one of our incredible teachers, ✨ From salsa rhythms to hip-hop beats (and even her own original music!), Tamara brings her whole self to the mat. Off the mat, she’s a singer, songwriter, dancer, choreographer, and actress lighting up stages across SoCal. Her favorite pose? Child’s Pose — a reminder to slow down, feel serene, and find stillness. 🧡 After her class, you’ll leave feeling ecstatic, elated, and inspired. Tamara has been teaching with CorePower Yoga for 10 years and leads classes across all formats, though she’s especially known for her high-energy Sculpt! You can catch her bringing the heat at our Del Mar studio in San Diego. We’re so grateful to celebrate Tamara and the joy she shares with our community, not just this month, but all year long. 🫶🏽

We had some great events this week in studio! A fantastic live DJ class with Wonah spinning and Spencer teaching!
Then we had a full glow flow yoga sculpt class on Bronweyn! Thank you everyone who showed up! And thank you to all our partners who provided for our raffle and to the munchkin bakers for providing personalized cookies!
