We hope that you will be able to join us this Thursday, July 25, 2025 from 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM for a special presentation given by Heart & Soul, Inc., as they tell us about their various services, including the H.O.P.E. (Helping Our Peers Emerge) Program. The H.O.P.E. Program provides Peer Participants in transition from psychiatric hospitalization to community integration, with Peer Mentors, Family Support, Guidance for Employment and Housing.

Founded in 2005, Heart & Soul, Inc. is a peer-founded, operated, and governed organization that offers a variety of mental health recovery-oriented and wellness support opportunities for adults within San Mateo County. A partir del martes 6 de mayo, nuestros grupos de apoyo comunitario se enfocarán en la creación de planes personalizados de bienestar y crisis, basados en la conciencia sobre la salud mental y el cuidado informado por el trauma.

Cada semana de mayo exploraremos el material de WRAP enfocado en el trauma, una herramienta poderosa para la sanación y el empoderamiento.

En honor al Mes de la Recuperación de la Salud Mental, te invitamos a ser parte de nuestros grupos de apoyo comunitario semanales durante todo el mes de mayo, donde exploraremos el material del Plan de Acción para la Recuperación del Bienestar (WRAP) enfocado en el trauma.

A partir del martes 6 de mayo de 2025, nos reuniremos para apoyarnos mutuamente y construir planes personalizados de crisis y bienestar basados en el cuidado de la salud mental. Ya sea que estés comenzando tu camino de sanación o continuándolo, este espacio es para ti. Trabajemos juntos para crear seguridad, resiliencia y recuperación.

In honor of Mental Health Recovery Month, we invite you to be part of our weekly community support groups throughout May as we explore the Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) Around Trauma Material.

Starting May 1, 2025, we’ll come together to support one another and build personalized crisis and wellness plans rooted in mental health care. Whether you’re beginning your healing journey or continuing it, this space is for you. Let’s work together to create safety, resilience, and recovery!
