Announcing a new education and support group for pregnant and new parents, co-hosted by me and Certified Lactation Consultant Liz Chang!

All parents need a supportive community and a safe, nurturing space to receive accurate education about preparing for birth and life with a new baby.

Each session includes an educational presentation by either Liz or myself, time for Q&A, and social/community building time.

Upcoming topics include:

Announcing a new service in my practice! Most of you know me as a midwife, but I have also been a craniosacral therapist since 2005. I have always used CST with my own birth clients, but I have decided to open up this service to the general public, especially CST for babies.
